2. Description of Service

InviteBuilder provides a platform for creating, customizing, and sharing digital invitations for various events including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Spam or harass other users
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

5. Content Ownership

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, text, etc.)
• You grant us license to use your content to provide the Service
• You represent that you have rights to all content you upload
• You are responsible for backing up your content

Our Content:

• All templates, designs, and platform features are our property
• You may use templates only through our Service
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our templates

6. Payment Terms

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required before accessing premium features
• We use secure third-party payment processors
• Refunds are available within 24 hours (conditions apply)
• We reserve the right to change prices with notice

7. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if:

• You haven't shared the invitation link
• You're experiencing technical issues (we'll try to resolve first)
• The template doesn't match the description

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We're not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
• Invitations expire 30 days after creation (60 days for premium)

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Upload inappropriate content
• Abuse or harass other users or staff

You may delete your account anytime from your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free. Use at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, InviteBuilder SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold InviteBuilder harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced via email or website notification.
